Cryogatt Systems is pleased to announce that it has been selected to collaborate on an exciting new research project under the auspices of the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult programme, whose role is to accelerate the commercial development of the UK’s Cell and Gene Therapy Industry. The project, entitled “Flexible Cell Therapy Cryogenic Processes and Future Manufacturing Facilities,” brings together Fisher BioServices (FBS), a worldwide leader in critical biological material management, Cryogatt Systems, developers of cutting edge RFID-based systems operating under extreme cryogenic temperature conditions (to -196 deg. C), and Cranfield University’s Operational Excellence Institute specialising in manufacturing and service simulation with experience of working in genetic therapies. Innovate UK is providing grant support for this project.
